AQUA-FIT (Deep Water Running)

The classes are conducted in deep water without contact with the ground. Participants wear aquafit belts as buoyancy for an upright and weightless posture. Endurance, strength, flexibility and coordination are trained in the water. 
Thanks to the individual support of each course participant, new entries are possible at any time, regardless of their current condition.

Aquafit is suitable for everyone, from the untrained to the ambitious endurance athlete.
Aquafit is the ideal sport for prevention and rehabilitation.
